Rule 45 - Dodging Blinds
- 45.1
A player must go directly to their new seating assignment as to not miss a hand.
- 45.2
When moving from a seat, a player who intentionally avoids their blind(s) or antes will be penalized with a 1-round 'missed hand' penalty when seated.
