Rule 2 - Dealer Error
- 2.1
When a situation occurs due to a dealer error, including a dealer accidentally releasing the card deck before the hand is complete; dealers must immediately stop all action and notify a Floor Person or the Tournament Director of their error.

The “tournament staff” has the sole authority to resolve the situation in the fairest manner. On occasion, unusual circumstances may arise that could dictate decisions in the interest of fairness and will take priority over the technical rules. The decision of the highest authority in the room will be final.
