Rule 24 - Breaking Tables

Players going from a broken table, to fill in seats, assume the rights and responsibilities of their new position.
- 24.2
New players are dealt in immediately unless they are seated between the small blind and the 'dealer button.' They can be seated in the big blind, the small blind, or the 'dealer button' position.
